Pizza and donair are excellent as always.

Have been a regular since they opened in parksville.
Unfortunately today the pepperoni was very old, tasted like at least a week past due.
Had to throw out the pizza from the smell/taste.
Seems like quality has progressively gone downhill.
Too bad.
On to the next place.

Pizza was awesome!! My favourite pizza is the Italian deli ! We picked up and the lady behind the counter was so rude .. I told her my name and she tried to read the receipt on the pizza box .. I paid .. she seemed to be doubtful if it was my order .. she handed me the box and I asked her if it was Italian deli and she responded rudely… it’s whatever you ordered .. and I said I was just checking .. as she seemed uncertain if it was my order
I don’t want to go back if that’s the type of customer service they are offering .. pizza great lady not so much
