So easy to order online. Pizza was hot and ready when I arrived and tasted very good. Will definitely be ordering again. Very pleasant staff.

The pizza was burnt a bit and the crust was chewy. Good flavour though. The drinks we ordered were forgotten and we had to call to get them, took 40 minutes to get and they didn’t have the kind we wanted so had to settle for spite and ginger ale. Delivery driver was friendly as were the people I talked to on the phone. They apologized and the delivery driver said it was his 2nd night and apologized. Good customer service but we’ve had better pizza. Probably won’t order from them again.

Tried the Greek and the Cheeseburger pizzas. Found both to be lacking in flavour! The sauce was tasteless. The crust was excellent. I will try your spicier pizzas next time and see if they suit us better.

Ordered at 5pm, made an order for the pork which they were out of. No one called to let us know we waited 45mins, called and were told they could give wings as replacement. My guess is they remade our order because it was another full hour before our order arrived. To make things more awkward, the young lady who answered our second call and told us the food was on its way was the driver who arrived.
Obviously the business owners were not prepared for the volume of orders from Parksvillians; in person, on phone and online. It's obvious they were having issues keeping up. Not a crime, but certainly an annoyance; especially when staff are short with customers and out right fib. Once again, not crimes just annoyances, we all know how customer service works.
Let me tell you folks, the food was Almost worth the annoyances. While the donairs could use More Veggies, the wings were amazing and the donair I had was a lil bit of nostalgia on the pallet. I can't wait to order again IN PERSON THIS TIME. Food is ten star for Parksville fast food but the service needs some work. Best of luck to the business!
