We received the wrong pizzas on our delivery but I called and they replaced them quickly. The service has always been great. Thank you

I don’t know if it is the manager or the driver but I ordered from this location and in addition to the $6.00 delivery fee they added a %20 tip onto the amount. Then the driver arrives and he plugs in to the amount into the machine and then presents me with another tip screen that started at %20. This is just such poor business practice as it is really just scamming people.

Edit: The owner has since contacted me and explained that this was a new untrained driver who did not look at the bill fully before seeking the tip. Whether the driver knew what he was doing is of course unknown to me. I accepted the apology and given the call, I would still order again from this establishment.
