Langford socks. Phone goes to fax for days. Order online cycled 15 min. And suggested canceled. Newby driver got lost and hobbled out with torn acl discuss why deliver after ordered from another outfit that simply answered phone. Luckily other company was able to stop delivery before made order and to top it off order was all wrong flavor pizza's. Refused they were wrong and if showed up there with pics as proof was threaten call police on me. Wow. Lots previous business but never again. Total retarded Asian fellow on phone (3 days later got thru) denied any wrong doing. Pointless speak any more of this transaction and can not believe these guys stay in business.

Had to return to get the missing donair sauce for both pizzas. One pizza was quite dry (not enough sauce) & the cheesy bread was dry as well. Has been much better in the past. At least the employee gave extra sauce & was apologetic when we returned the 2nd time.

Absolutely horrendous experience from the start. Called 10:30 pm and went to fax multiple times. Ordered online as done many times prior. Scrolled for 15 min ish and as suggested on screen if taking to long then they can not accept order. Phoned top dog and they took order but not able del 90 min so agreed. Got call from sarpinos driver lost up street. Hooked out to curb with torn acl and explained why not expecting him. His 1st day on job said everyone gone but would explain to Mgr my situation and get them to call me. No call. I called for two days get fax machine then called del driver and asked again get them to call me. Third day after no call I got thru to Asian sounding fellow that claimed to be Mgr. I told him story and also noted that pizza order completely wrong and I had pics of them to prove not even close to what was ordered. He claimed order was correct and that email confirmation sent out. I offered come down there and show pics to prove not got what ordered and he said if I came there he would call 911 and involve the police and I replied that would be foolish but not concerned if rcmp wants to know how my ordering pizza from that fool went. Even called another store to suggest there problem communicating with Langford sarpinos and obviously person on other end of phone wasn't interested in that stores problem. Terrible experience from beginning to end and will not happen again.
