Wanted to use the Sarpinos website for delivery instead of Skip or Uber Eats. I entered my address and paid online, and after waiting an hour for the delivery I checked the email to find it was set for pick-up. The website is poorly functioning at best, and the fact that this kind of error can happen is surprising.

I called and asked for a refund and the employee laughed at me for a good few seconds before condescendingly telling me he’d look into it with the manager and get back to me. Strangely he didn’t take any of my information so I doubt he is planning to do anything of the sort.

I really like the pizza here but this was a disappointing experience, hopefully it can be made right. Otherwise I won’t return.

The owner is always so friendly, the pizza is delicious and you can't beat the price.

Awesome meal. Great service, they even called to ensure we actually meant just plain pizza with only cheese 😃 thanks for the great service.

Very good pizza, well priced and fresh ingredients. We got the specialty chicken pesto pizza. Baked to perfection.
