Really bad that you people erase negative reviews from here...really sad. i'll be sure sure to pass on my screen shots.
I wrote an email about my negative experience and I was wrote back saying I'd be reached by the store to make right what happened with my order, but nobody has reached out .. here's my original review and email to Sarpino customer service, that was erased..sad. i'll screen shot this to show how you erase negative reviews.
Not pleased at all with this Sarpino's quality. Blanchard Street. It's the only reason I order from here when I have people over or go out. I'm kind of embarrassed.
I started by ordering 2 gourmet pizzas. The butter chicken and the beef taco. I got a call back saying beef taco isn't available. Ok then, make it a bacon cheeseburger pizza then please. No problem. I also ordered a 2L pop and 4 halifax sauces.
Well, my cheeseburger pizza is not a cheeseburger pizza, which ive ordered many times for my place and while out at others places, also tastless with little toppings and lots of open space with nothing and also very very think crust which I didnt order..the fellow on the phone said he was going to top up the pizza because I was paying for gourmet, but onlyy getting a classic pizza. That definitely didn't happen .
The butter chicken pizza is tasteless, not a hint of butter chicken flavour and where's the chicken ? Lots of open space with no toppings and 2.5 fingers of crust with no topping..
Not to mention, they didn't send the 4 dipping sauces, so I'm waiting for my sauces still.. Brutal.sorry, this is why I said I'm embaressed . I always rave about the quality, frozen pizza would has more flavor, but I'm kind of being laughed at. Here are the pictures

The pizza was tasty and the perfect size for the two smalls ordered. Only issue was we ordered a bacon Caesar salad and got a Greek salad instead.
