We are long time customers, and regularly order via the online platform from Sarpino’s website. This evening, despite receiving an email confirmation regarding my order the store apparently did not receive it- and therefore did not have the pizza ready. After some discussion, one of the employees was able to rush it through but I didn’t get it until almost an hour past the initially scheduled pickup time. There were no offers for compensation, and I was charged full price.

It was ok. I had asked for easy on the sauce and could actually squeeze it out the sides and cheese holes there was so much and it was too acidic. Toppings were ok tho!
