We were happy with the taste of the pizza, but would have been happier if the crust was crisper.

The staff and food were excellent. I just wished that the chain itself could work on their website. Whenever, I try and use my account I can never place an order. Meaning that I either have to phone our local Sarpino's or sign in as a guest..

The online order platform doesn’t talk to the actual pizza shop so someone has to manually enter the order and our order was entered wrong. We were charged for a more expensive pizza with meat on it. It was delicious however, if I was a vegetarian I would have been pretty upset about it. Regardless I was disappointed to have to call and confirm the rest of our order was correct (one pizza was gluten free and needed to be correct so had to check). They were very good with the call but still frustrating none the less.
